I just moved in and they make Riverwood place seem like home.

This is the perfect efficiency unit great for someone who is single and works in silicon valley. It is walking distance to metro, Great America Convention Center, 49ers Stadium, and Great America amusement park. The common areas are well maintained and staff are very friendly and helpful especially the service manager and computer room service coordinator. The community room is spacious enough to accommodate up to 25 guest. It is an ideal place for single people who study or work and need a... private and quiet place to call home.

The studio apartment i live is great only for single people who work outside of home and want to use their place to rest. It is too small for people like myself who like to do art from home as it has very limited space and certainly not great if we need to invite friends or significant others. Beside, the management has increased their rent from 500 to 700 which is too high for such a small studio that is really like a hotel room with its very small refrigerator and stove top.
