Siding was remodeled and painted, the inside tho needs a major upgrade. From the old cabinets, who have been painted over many times to the out dated walls, bad paint jobs, ugly 80s laminate floors and overall just boring. You’d expect a little more for your buck , the ponds around the apartment are dirty and never cleaned. Cracked walls, you can hear your down stairs neighbors being upstairs, sinks back up. Just really NEEDS a major upgrade. You’ll noticed everything’s just been painted over... not even cleaned. Lee mas

- Not SMOKE FREE. And with recent recreational drugs law change, a number of tenants smoke pot at their balconies, making this prime living spot for recreational drug users. If you have children, watch out!
- There is no "club house"
- "Spa" is a 20x20 ft hot tub in the pool enclosure
- "Fitness center" is a 20x20 ft cabin crammed with exercise machines
- "Storage unit" is a 5 x 5 ft enclosure on your balcony
- Waterfront means the complex is at the shore of an man-made lake that can not be... enjoyed any way other than looking at it. About 10% of the units can actually see it from any window.
- "High speed internet access" means you are welcome to get it from a cable, phone or satellite provider, at your own expense
- The pool is often used by fat people fully dressed (t-shits and shorts) and kids in diapers. It is also frequented by teenagers who live some place else. Management just does not care, it is "after hours" we've observed swarms of 15 or more at times.
The "neighborhood watch captain" lady smokes, too, and told people who complained to move to the country.
- After the last siding replacement, many units have walls cracked because contractor used too-long screws.
- Every Friday a landscaping crew starts at 8 AM and finishes at 2 PM. all the time there is tremendous amount of dust from the blowers and the overwhelming smell of gasoline from their trimmers and blowers. The tremendous noise comes in excellent third place.

Aside from those "minor"annoyances and misrepresentations, it is a nice place to live. Lee mas
