This complex is poor on maintenance , respect, and outside maintenance
It was just recently renovated, and any of the original tenants were not given the option to stay or leave. Instead they were kicked out because of all of the heavy construction being done for renovations. Any tenants that were left had to endure the loud noise for a year straight. They keep your rental deposits no matter what the outcome is in the end. The owner of this property is prejudice (I feel) and he hires... management, that are of the same spirit. They do whatever they feel. And if there is a big maintenance issue they will blame the cause on tenant. It is heavily infested with cockroaches. Even after the renovations were completed. The cockroach issue got worst. The current property management company that they use is just like the owner, inconsiderate, money hungry, very unprofessional, disrespectful. Remember: if you are looking for a place to call home, this is not it!!! Lee mas
