Dorian is wonderful coming home to. All the staff are courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. Front desk staff answered all our questions, guided us gently through moving in, and always respond promptly. The kindness and professionalism demonstrated by Issa and Bridget during our tour was second to none. They were a big part of why we felt Dorian was our best choice for quality housing.
Since moving in, we’ve also had a lot of help from Mia that we really appreciate. She’s answered a battery... of questions we initially had.
Staff elsewhere made us feel unwelcome when shopping. There are several place I won’t name, but their workers were cold, disinterested and uninformed. It’s like they didn’t care at all. Dorian is the opposite.
Our maintenance here has been quickly completed, expertly explained, and executed in a cleanly manner. The maintenance worker we met was incredibly nice as well. With the Dorian team around, we don’t worry much.
We constantly find ourselves relaxed and smiling in a beautifully designed unit, on a great property, with wonderful staff and neighbors. We’re really grateful for the chance to live here.
