Ensley Apartamentos

Ensley so far has been a great place to call home. It’s a new build so all of the amenities have been in great working order and very clean. The property is kept up well by Faith and the crew. Manny with Maintenance is super responsive with any issues and is on it to fix any issues that may come up. I toured the property and signed with Ahlissa who was super chill and knowledgeable of the building and area and made sure I had all my questions and concerns answered to the best of her ability.

Overall, the staff at Ensley have been responsive and created a very welcoming experience. Very happy so far with everything despite some initial bumps.

Very friendly staff, super nice apartments great location

I worked with several different leasing staff as I needed to move quickly and they were all amazing. I was able to get moved in quickly and was pleasantly surprised by how beautiful the complex and apartments are.

I’ve lived in quite a few apartments over the years, but Ensley Apartments in Colorado Springs absolutely stands out as one of the best experiences I’ve had. From the moment I moved in, everything about this place exceeded expectations.

The apartments themselves are modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed—spacious layouts, high-end finishes, and everything feels brand new. The management team is phenomenal; they’re always friendly, responsive, and genuinely care about the residents. Any... maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently, which is such a relief.

The amenities are top-tier, from the fitness center to the clubhouse and outdoor spaces. It’s clear they’ve put a lot of effort into making this a comfortable, welcoming community. And the location? Perfect. You get the convenience of being close to shopping, dining, and outdoor activities, all while enjoying a peaceful, well-maintained property.
