It was cheaper than the other alternatives, so I like that.

I would not recommend to anyone to come live here. It's considered luxury apartments but it's barely being kept together. The place has flooded 2 times since I been here and before I moved in which no one told me my apartment was flooded also and had black mold. The heating stopped working. 2 times as well. The elevators were out of service for like a week and a half twice since I been here. The garage doors are always broken or not working. The pool is supposed to be heated year round and is... not. Even in the summer time it's not heated. The hot tub breaks down alot or is too hot rarely does it stay fixed and working for more than a week or 2 at a time. For the amount of what your paying and what your getting here it's completely out of range. I wouldn't recommend anyone stay here. Lee mas

The only reason I live here is for the Location. Everything else sucks. Something is broken once per month every single month even though the building is brand new my recommendation is they tear down the building and build something useful

Absolutely love living at Fiona Apartments!
The location in downtown Colorado Springs is perfect — close to everything but still peaceful. The building has amazing amenities and is completely pet-friendly, which was a big plus for me. The staff is incredibly kind, welcoming, and always willing to help. They’ve truly made me feel at home even though I’m new to the city. I couldn’t recommend this place more — it’s been such a great experience living here!

Excellent and professional staff who have made me feel welcome and at home. Awesome maintenance crew, who despite having the a heavy load of people moving in, managed to address my needs in a timely and accurate manner.
