I am HATING all of the changes and broken promises. EVERYTHING i moved to this community for i can no longer use cause of all if the changes!
These apartments lose sognificant heat from the windows. In the cold months my utility bill is in the 400-500 A MONTH.
The golf simulator is in a small room so it is almost impossible to get a full swing in. There is a larger room that the golf simulator can be transferred to but management refuses to do so.
When I moved into this community I was advised...
that the pool would be a year-round pool and it is not. And the temperature is normally so cold that it is not fun to swim in even in the summer months.
The clubhouse is only available during business hours so it closes most nights at 5:00 or 6:00 p.m. and 2 days a week it closes at 7:00 p.m.. I don't even get home from work until approximately 6:30 so I can no longer use these amenities that I am paying for. They used to have the clubhouse open until 10:00 p.m. so I'm not sure why this change has been made. But it really sucks because I pay a lot to live in this community and can no longer use these amenities. There are several other apartments in the neighborhood that I would recommend above solace at this point.
Maintenance came in to repair something in my house and broke one of my statues and I have a picture of the maintenance person in the area that the statue was broken and I sent it to the management that day and they refused to pay for the replacement. If it wasn't such a hassle to move I can guarantee you I would have already been gone.
Oh and last thing! In my refrigerator has never had a working ice maker. This has been reported to management several times and nothing has been done about it, so I eventually stopped reporting it as I am sick of being ignored

Regarding the statue incident and ice maker issue, we understand how frustrating those situations must have been. As we are a new management team that recently took over, we unfortunately do not have access to prior records or incident details—but we’d be happy to revisit these with you and discuss any potential next steps.

We appreciate your feedback regarding the golf simulator and understand that the overall experience is important to you. While the current location was selected to support both functionality and resident enjoyment, we know that use and comfort can vary from person to person. We’d be happy to walk through the setup with you and explore any adjustments that could improve your experience. Please feel free to stop by the office at your convenience—we’re here to help!

Your concerns regarding amenity hours, pool temperature, and heating efficiency are absolutely valid, and we appreciate you bringing them to our attention. As we had the opportunity to share with you recently, the adjusted amenity hours were a temporary measure while we completed necessary repairs to the clubhouse. We’re happy to share that we’re in the final stages of those repairs, including updates to the fob access system, and extended hours will be returning soon. These updates also include adjustments to the pool heater to help improve comfort. We appreciate your patience as we work to enhance the overall resident experience.

Great location with lots of amenities

Pros: location right off of Marksheffel and Woodman. The three bedroom two bath offer the most space and benefits for the price of rent. Each building is spaced out so you do not feel like you are closed in. The clubhouse does have several seating areas, full gym, pool deck with entrainment space. Pet friendly. Plenty of parking.
Cons: You have to pay for trash pick up, package lockers that are never uses by delivery companies, and internet. The internet is hit or miss due to time of day or...
weather.
This complex is under new management and they are trying to fix and finish the repairs and building of the complex as a whole.

We also appreciate you pointing out areas where we can improve. We understand the frustrations with the internet service and package delivery process, and we’re currently exploring options to enhance both. Regarding trash pick-up and utility costs, we aim to provide transparency and value, and we're always happy to walk residents through what those fees support.

As you mentioned, the community is under new management, and we’re actively working to complete construction items and make improvements that enhance the living experience for everyone.

Amenities promised but none thus far

My family moved from out of state with the promise of a beautiful community and amenities, however we have still yet to receive them two months later. Mail took over a month to start getting delivered and still no pool or fitness center. They pool and fitness center are complete, it is that no one can use them because the construction company, which are also the property owner, state liability concerns. The constructions workers are never on sight to fix the “issues” with either of them. The... pet area, that is open, is nice. There is no kids play area or playground. As mentioned the pool and fitness center should have been completed by Memorial Day 2024, yet by August 2024…nothing with limited updates other than “in a week or two”. There is door pick up of trash and the apartments are super clean but the apartments have clear signs of rushing completion such as doors not shutting properly. There are still very visible projects happening in the buildings that are open. There is WiFi, which is in addition to the rent which requires routine re-logging in.
