The description is a complete fabrication. This is an extremely dangerous area as it is 1 street up from Colfax. The homeless have taken over and it is not uncommon to find a handful actively using drugs inside unsecured apartment entryways. This area is not dog friendly. Just stay away. There is absolutely nothing positive or up-and-coming in this hood. The police department drags their feet when responding to emergency calls to 911, because they hate it here as well. My last call for a... potential domestic violence situation took 2 hours...on a week night...oh and if you prefer living in an area where the streets are not covered in random trash..entire properties just sitting in filth..drive through here..slowly..take it all in..and then drive away and don't look back.
