Lugano at Cherry Creek

I’ve lived here for several years now and of course things ebb and flow . Recently the property has been significantly unkempt. There’s dog poop everywhere trash all over the streets and sidewalks. The elevator seems to be down every couple of weeks, without notification. In the last several months there has been urine in the elevator on 2 occasions. My car has been broken into several times since I have lived here and recently I did see a car with smashed in windows. If you pass the front desk... office staff, you wouldn’t know because they don’t speak. Will walk by as if you do no live there. Vending machines were recently placed, any of my personal opinion it definitely brought down the “luxury” feel of the property. The groundskeeper and housekeeper are amazing and are ALWAYS working, the project just seems a little too big at this point. Lee mas

The move in process was a breeze. Settling in has been nice. It’s such a nice property. So well maintained and taken care of. Staff is awesome thank you Nathan for making move in such a lovely experience! Thank you as well to Juan and Kurtis for getting our apartment ready for move in! Leasing staff CJ and Charlize are very friendly and helpful as well thank you so much everyone.

I love my new home. I have enough space everywhere, nice and attractive in interior and luxurious bedrooms, kitchen, living room, dining area, bathroom and big and nice walk in closets. Overall, I will give 10/10. I only wish if we could have remote control for the fans we have. The staff here were so helpful, supportive and kind. They made us feel comfortable throughout the moving process. Without Charlize’s help and support, we wouldn’t have been able to make this wish come true. Thanks to... We were moving from abroad, and from the very first moment the whole team was super helpful and super quick to answer any questions we had.
The day we received the apartment C.J. was very kind and patient in explaining everything related to payments and fees, And after that, she was very good helping us with all our maintenance requests.

CJ was a lot of help in my process of moving. She made things happen so quickly for me. I especially appreciated when I sent a picture about some damage to her and the maintenance man was there within 10 minutes. The maintenance team had the damage assessed quickly and had a team coming in everyday to fix it. I have been here for a week and it has been great!
