These apartments are okay. The location is probably the best part, especially when it comes to having access to bike paths and downtown Longmont. The tenants also were friendly and quiet at the time. Now on to the bad parts: Maintenance is slow and never done right - had the front door broken for several months even after tenants had reported it. It took a stranger walking in and making the residents feel uncomfortable for the owner to fix it. The lock broke several weeks later. Water heater... broke during our time there and while that was fixed after a couple of days, we then had a ton of spiders in our apartment! Literally found some in our beds at night, gross! You can't control the heating, so it's either freezing in your apartment or an oven. Parking also sucks, especially if you have multiple cars. The worst part is that the owner had the audacity to ask about increasing the rent by $150 dollars lol. Delusional. I highly recommend NOT renting here if you have a choice, it's a joke and you can get a better deal elsewhere Lee mas
