While there are some pros to the building they do not outweigh the cons. There are constantly noise complaint, as people are blasting music at all times of night and early morning, and the walls are paper thin. Place isn't always kept the cleanest. People are pretty rude and its not the nicest area. Parking is a problem as theres not enough spaces, if you're coming back late you are most likely out of luck. Not to mention rent is never picked up on time so you'll have to keep track of paying... correctly especially since you need to ask for receipts if not they must likely wont give them. Lee mas

While there are some pros to the apartment like pricing and the multiple video cameras the cons out weigh extremely. First the parking situation is terrible if your not back by dark you’ll most likely not have parking, the people are rude, the place is not always kept clean, people can blast music and make all kind of noise at any time (a lot of noise complaints), they don’t come on time for rent money, they try not to give a receipt (so always always keep asking) , and the location is not the... greatest.
