75 Tresser Blvd Apartments

I am a new resident at 75 Tresser and my experience has been good.

The leasing personnel (Ms. Colon and Mr. Diego) were helpful in navigation the entire process from my initial tour to my moving-in. During the actual move-in, Mr. Diego was very generous with his time and provide much-needed assistance and guidance.

The maintenance service, although slow to respond, was professional and courteous.

The newly updated gym was an extra bonus.

I will likely recommend the apartment complex.

I have lived here now for 4.5 years and I can say 75 Tresser is an amazing place to live. It has so many great amenities and it is close walking distance to downtown and the waterfront. But what really sets 75 Tresser apart from the competition is their maintenance team. In the few times that I needed something repaired or an appliance replaced Mike is always on the job. Mike is professional and very skilled to repair any issue I have had. I am sure all of the repair people who work at 75... Tresser are great but Mike is outstanding and he gets the job done every time! Lee mas

Moved in a few months ago, great environment and amenities, as well as fun community events. Shout out to Michael, who helped with our maintenance issue and was super friendly and courteous!

This building has had multiple management changes, and it has progressively gotten worse. Management is incompetent and cannot grasp simple concepts. The walls are thin, and you can hear everything from the tenants' arguing downstairs to the tenants on top of you running a marathon. The 'freshly painted' walls are scuffed, and the carpet is stained. There are dogs that crap in the hallway, and it is not cleaned up. This a glorified UCONN dorm. Unless you are a 21-year-old who is looking for a... party environment this is not the place for you. There are mice in the building as well. You will see mice traps mainly on the 2nd floor. This apartment is far from luxury. Save your money and choose one of the other newer and nicer apartments in Stamford. Lee mas

If anyone lives above you there will be a tremendous amount of noise. All hours early mornings forget about it. You won't get your proper rest! It's so bad! Management does nothing.
