I moved in recently and the staff and amenities have been nothing short of exceptional. The place is very clean, the people are friendly, and the location is awesome. They even have resident-only parties so we can become more neighborly. I am excited to experience all they have to offer!

The staff is incredibly helpful with any maintenance requests or other needs and the building is always clean and well-kept. No complaints living here!

My experience has been good. Although I do not like that one or two of the elevators are shut down on weekends. The morning concierge(Ms. D) is over the top. But the rest of the staff are extremely helpful.

I enjoy living here at gateway. I don’t have any problems with management or maintenance. The only not so nice experience I have is that I reported to the main office that some was soliciting in the building. It was taken care of immediately. however ever since I reported it to the rental office due the front desk concierge was away from the front desk working elsewhere. Since then the concierge that was on duty has been extremely rude to me ever since. I never reported that she did anything... wrong I thought it was right thing to do for everyone safety. Other than that I have nothing but peace here. All the other concierges are very friendly and helpful. Living here at the gateway they do a lot of things to make all tenants comfortable and safe. This is an awesome community apartment to live at.
