Elevation at Washington Gateway

I have been a resident at Elevation for about a year and a half now. Although I have settled in, my reasons for loving this place are pretty much the same as when I moved in. The location is great. The apartment is very nice. Maintenance issues are resolved quickly. There are fun activities for residents which almost always include good food and drinks! The staff is friendly and efficient in doing their work. The common areas are great and well maintained. The other residents are generally... friendly on the elevators and in the hallways. There are older residents in my age range in addition to the majority younger age groups as well as families with children. Elevation checks all my boxes as a good place to live. Lee mas

Nice units, overall friendly staff, modern features and amenties/rooftop pool is posh. Location is near Metro. My only request for improvement would be for more quick communication and acknowledgement from the office.

Everything is great, some of the concierge staff is rude. I feel bad for asking for my package god forbid I interrupt phone time

But everything else is good!

The maintenance crew is very good and quick to respond to issues. The leasing office is very unresponsive and slow to address questions. The amenities are pretty good, but at least one elevator is down at all times.

Love it here i only wish the NO SMOKING policy was reinforced with consequences I've been here 4 years and have been awakened by the smell of cigarettes or weed in the middle of the night. I also would love assigned parking based on the parking number on the lease agreement. Other than those 2 items I truly love it here.
