Location is great however it can be quite noisy at times. The building is a bit dated but well maintained and staff is kind. The cost of rent is high

Overall, the community and our space are solid. Building management suffers in their ability to communicate and respond to questions or requests. The only time they actively communicate is when your lease is coming up for renewal. The maintenance staff was always a silver lining. However, the maintenance staff seemed to have disappeared as of late, and work requests were not addressed in any sense in a timely fashion.

Overall, the experience was decent, with a few notable pros and cons. The biggest highlight of the apartment is definitely the location—it’s situated in a very convenient area, close to shops, restaurants, and public transportation. Getting around the city was easy, and I appreciated how central everything was.

The apartment itself is functional, though a bit basic. It had all the essentials for a short stay—bed, kitchen, and bathroom—but don’t expect anything luxurious. The decor is a little... dated and could use some updating, and there were some minor maintenance issues like a squeaky door and a flickering light.

If you’re looking for a simple place to stay with a great location and aren’t too picky about aesthetics or modern comforts, this apartment could be a decent option. It’s not amazing, but it works for a short, budget-friendly stay.

Community overall is good. Maintenance request system needs serious work improving. From communication, to timeliness, to being more respectful of our living spaces - certain areas relating to maintenance should be improved
