AVOID at all costs!
The staff is unknowledgeable about anything going on
The CVS and Giant seem convenient but they are a joke - not secure and not well stocked
Parking garages and metro station are a hub for homeless people and don't feel safe
Your mail + packages won't be safe
Elevators go out frequently
Communications are extremely lacking

We take security very seriously, and while the Metro station and Colonial Parking (owners of the parking garage) have their own security, we... will be sure to contact them to voice your concerns and encourage them to address any issues in these areas.
We also understand your frustration regarding the lack of communication about local businesses. While CVS and Giant are managed by their own companies, we'll work to improve how we share information with our residents about the surrounding area.
