Great price, great location

I live in a studio apartment at Summit House. 550 sq feet is tight but it is enough room for just myself. I read some reviews about pest problems at Summit House, but those were all from 5 years ago. I have not once seen a cockroach or mouse, and neither have my neighbors who have lived there for a year. The building is clean and very close to the nightlife scene in Adams Morgan. $975/mo electric and cable makes this the cheapest rent in all of Adams Morgan. It may be a while until I... decide to leave this place. 10/10
