The Modern at Art Place Apartamentos

I had all the greater time to do my reviewing of my beautiful building of many models of awesome sights of various statues and the awesomeness of my apartment of my likness that cannot explain my life span living here at The Modern at Art Place that I should had moved here long ago;
All the new sculptures around the area, the activities given to the residence's, I am so sorry I had been missing some of the activities due to my work load; but believe you me I love the Modern

I moved to Modern At Art Place in May of 2025, so far I like the look and style of this building, when you walk in you see beautiful art inside and the building is so clean and well maintained , it’s a beautiful view at night from your Living Room Window and rooftop, I love walking around the neighborhood it’s so peaceful and relaxing to me. But so far I never had any problems or issues while staying at ( The Modern Of Art Place…….

Love living here!! It has been really convient for my family and very safe! It is also very quiet and we have met some really nice people! Having a sense of community has been the highlight of our time being here!

Carmen at The Modern at Art Place is not only professional but she's pleasant, knowledgeable ,and very aaccomdating in various matters. We appreciate her help and her outstanding service!

I have found the experience to be positive for the most part: Staff - 90% - most have been cooperative and pleasant, providing assistance when possible and responsive to inquiries, requests in a professional, yet friendly manner; Building - 80% - it is starting to show wear and detail touch ups could be more timely, it has a great layout but attention to maintenance detail is a must to keep up the high standards that the community wants to portray, especially since so many residents have pets... that put additional strain on the property; Community - 85% - There is a sense of community among the residents, an increase in organized activities and a return of the pre-covid amenities would go a long way to promote this, the recent Art installation around the construction site has enhanced not only the residential campus but the community at large and is great and in keeping with the name and spirt of our community.
