Extremely disappointed in their inexcusable leasing service. I emailed with the agent Ericka- confirming a tour date and time. I travelled from New York to see this property and a couple others. As the time was approaching I texted the woman asking if we should meet outside-- no response. Called twice-- no response. I left a voicemail 20 minutes after our appointment time explaining that I had another appointment coming up at another property. I never received any response or apology for this... woman missing our appointment without any notice or acknowledgement after I travelled over four hours to see it. Lee mas

I have had a few issues with this apartment, but it is good considering location and price. Often, the door to the building has malfunctioned and not locked properly leaving tenants vulnerable to unwanted persons entering the building. Whenever there are issues with my apartment, the maintenance man is quick to respond but the issues are reoccurring. Most frequently, the garbage disposal and dish washer break and the solution always seems to be a temporary fix. Management is mostly responsive to... inquiries, but a few emails have been left unanswered. Lee mas
