I have lived here over a month and I’m in love!! The apartments are large and well maintained. The community amenities are beautiful. The property and grounds are well taken care of. The apartments are pretty quiet too as they are not made out of wood like all the other newer construction apartments I went to see. The area is amazing!! With Cranes Roost Park a few steps away. Walk to Whole Foods, Ulta, Petco, and so many other shops. I love parking my car in the garage instead of it baking out... in the sun. I highly recommend!!!

The maintenance responds quickly and helps fix things no later than 1-2 days after requested. They are also very friendly. The front office staff is very friendly as well.

Cortland Uptown Altamonte is amazing! The complex is very beautiful both apartments and amentities. The service and community team are always very responsive and make you feel important. I plan on renewing the lease! Thank you Cortland Uptown Altamonte for all you do!
