Plaza Del Prado Condominium

I am a current renter at Del Prado Condos, located in a safe, family friendly area in Aventura, FL. It is on the main street and minutes away from the highway, restaurants, FIU, and the main mall. It is an older building that is very well kept, clean and quiet. Every morning, you can witness the friendly cleaning staff vacuuming, sweeping, and wiping down the glass doors and windows. The management is very kind and accommodating. The residences consist of owners and renters, which is great... because they are more involved in the wellness and organization of the community and property. It's also always a plus to have security at the entrance of the building.
There are a variety of amenities on property, which include a gym/spa, 2 large pools, a tennis court, our own salon, and a great restaurant to either pick up or sit down; perfect after a long day of work or if you don't have time to cook.
I live in a 1 bed, 1.5 bath unit that is very cool, spacey, bright, and updated. The balconies are large and I have a great water view. I definitely recommend renting or buying a unit at Del Prado, or at least coming over to see it for yourself. Lee mas
