Camden Doral Apartamentos

Many good things happening when I moved in few months ago. Until you see the gang from the towing company coming in at midnight to scout for cars to make money. Units are clean but outdated. Manager don’t reply to emails from tenants. Plus if you have an emergency, good luck. They just don’t come until next day. Stray cats and cans of cat food everywhere. Look somewhere else. Not worth the money.

I've been a residence at Camden Doral close to a year, now. I've found the management and staff to be courteous and professional, and rather responsive to my maintenance requests. The neighbors are friendly and respectful. At times (rarely) I can hear those neighbors adjacent to me. But they're not loud when I do and never have I been disturbed during hours of darkness. The grounds are well maintained and I do feel safe and secure. I'm in the military and from time to time I have to leave... the area on business. During my multi-day absences, postal packages left at my door have not been tampered or stolen. Between the staff and the residents I feel very fortunate to have found this apartment complex to call home. I'm not a high-maintenance/ overly and unreasonably demanding person, but I consider my residential standards to be somewhat high and Camden Doral has not let me down. As long as I feel the staff is reacting as best it can to meet my needs, I'm satisfied. After all, I'm not the only resident here. The management and staff have much of my respect; I admire their hard work to maintain a reputable and friendly atmosphere. Lee mas

Lived here for 2 years. The apartments here are wonderful. New appliances, new laminate floors and carpeting. Even have washers and dryers in all units. However if you don't speak Spanish don't expect your neighbors to be too chatty. Most of them are still friendly enough though. Pretty quiet neighborhood that has community events, mostly younger families and young professionals--although our newest neighbors like to blast their music all the time. Gated community but gates are open during the... day. Nice pool, valet trash, basic cable is included, and a small fitness room. Great place if you can afford it, I no longer can due to rent increases. And heads up on the extra fees they tack on for stuff. Expect to pay another $100 or so on top of the listed rent. Lee mas
