Las Brisas at Country Club of Miami Apartamentos

The association seems to take very good care of the property. They power wash the sidewalks and the interior hallways regularly and they have a lawn service cut the grass and keep all of the trees trimmed.

The main reason we love living here is that we share a power grid with the fire station down the street so when a hurricane hits, we're never without power for more than a couple of hours.

Parking can be a pain but that's due to people NOT following the rules. Just follow the rules and you... won't be towed, simple as that.

The security company is fabulous. We feel very safe living here and haven't had any issues. We've been here for 10 years and hope to be able to stay longer. Lee mas

Worts place to live! Association is the worst! The love towing cars. If you move here you will love a nightmare. Dirty place.

Please ignore any decent- high ratings on this condominium, they're all completely false.
These apartments are completely neglected.. They are roach infested and it's on you to take care of it even if you just moved in.
Filled with mold, if you can't see it, it's because it's poorly painted over, basically almost anything that's visibly wrong in the apartments it just painted over.
Your ac works nicely until you realize it's filled with mold and mildew :)
Cabinets are decayed and have literal... holes in them where most of the pest get in through.
Management will tow your vehicle for the most radical reasons, even if you're parked in your designated PAID spot :)
So if you care about your health, or just care about where your money is going please do yourself a favor be patient and keep looking:) Lee mas

When looking for a one bedroom apartment in Hialeah. I looked at 6 different places but none had the same combination of good price, good amenities and location! As well as super sweet staff and beautiful renovated apartments! Pet friendly and super safe community! I am looking forward to a lease here!
