This is a standard hotel room, so there is no kitchen and no microwave inside the room. Washer and dryer are not available in the building or common areas. Daily housekeeping is not included but can be arranged upon request and is subject to availability ($40). The rooftop pool is open from sunrise to sunset (hours may vary depending on weather and hotel operations). Restaurant Olivia is open daily from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Melbean Coffee Shop is open Monday–Friday from 7:30 AM to 3:00 PM, and Saturday–Sunday from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM. There is no smoking allowed, even on balconies or patios. No pets are allowed. No parties are allowed. Please be respectful of your neighbors and keep noise to a minimum from 10:00 pm – 8:00 am. Do not park in the Publix parking garage.
