The apartment itself is beautiful and spacious. Nice pool and amenities. Amanda at the front office is very nice. However, ever since I moved in I’ve been having issues with maintenance, their poor costumer service and the delay on getting things done. Main gate and elevator in my building have been broken for a couple of months now. I am also still waiting for them to come in to fix some things from my move in inspection, which also took them a while to come inspect. I actually met a couple... from my building that said they’ve lived here for almost 3 years, they mentioned some issues that they’ve been having and how “it’s been one thing after the other”. That’s scary to hear! I picked this place so carefully before moving in, to make sure it was a place I’d stay a while, so I’m just disappointed. Overall, the place is nice but maintenance team makes you rethink before suggesting this place for someone to move in to.
