RUN FAR AWAY
You pay so much for SO LITTLE. Staff is incompetent and responds to you like they’re bots with the same answers constantly. You can pay $35 for a reserved parking stall and then other people always park in and nothing gets done about it. They tell you to contact a courtesy patrol but out of the million times we’ve tried to call, we get no response back. So I’m sure it doesn’t exist. Was harassed by a neighbor after countless noise complaints on them and office staff didn't do anything, they just... tell you to call the police. Trashy place, definitely move on and look elsewhere. I know it’s cheaper than a lot of places, but don’t live here!!! Trust me. There are a couple other places that are way nice and a couple hundred dollars cheaper.
Tons of empty units because everyone is constantly moving out.
Things break constantly. Paint on walls is so crappy if you try to wipe it then paint comes off and you’ll have to buy the paint to fix anything before you move out or you’ll be charged. It’s dark and feels like a cave.
Pools are constantly closed.
I could go on and on and on.
And I know I’ll get some stupid robot responding to this telling me to contact them and they would love to discuss all this with me, but that’s not real either. So spare me!
