First off I’m really not the person to ever write a bad review, but this place TRULY deserves a bad review. To the initial move in of being sold something not true by a former employee “Lima” and was told she was fired due to promising things, being told we can cancel our move in with a legit U-Haul parked in front because of us pointing out things Lima promised and they didn’t care. To the COUNTLESS times across the past year it’s taken me 10,20,30 times SERIOUSLY to even get them on the phone.... To having a real bad roach problem and the pest control not caring AT ALL saying it is what it is so we had to fix it ourselves with front office not caring at all. Maintenance takes so so long to get things done, they tell you what you wanna hear to get you off the phone and never do what there saying there gonna do, you have to stay on them like children. The front gate was down forever for it to come back up for legit a week and half and it’s down again never works, pools always either dirty or shut down. There was so many hidden fees we didn’t know about until we were there signing for our lease on move in day and basically being bullied into it, We truly came in with great intentions and now we are SO HAPPY we are moving out tomorrow, This place ABSOLUTELY SUCKS and I thank god I don’t ever have to deal with these people again. Move somewhere better. This place is a 0/5 if I could press that. I’ve been waiting to write this review for MONTHS. Also think mold is growing. So trash
