Kapus Apartments

In Merritt Island there are many places that have cheap, but questionable, housing options. I was looking for an affordable place in a good area and found the Kappus Apartments on the corner of S. Tropical Trail and Magnolia Ave, right next to the Baptist church/school. It's a great neighborhood, close to publix and several work opportunities, good neighbors, and the landlord, Mr. Phil Finney, is a good person. I've had very few things that needed attention but they were handled quickly and... respectfully. The rent is affordable and it's close enough for me to walk to work so I save on gas too. Altogether a great place to start renting, or even start a family. Right on the river too so if you like fishing you're in the right place Lee mas
