Miami River Park Apartments

I live in this bulding for. Year i love it its cheap but at tje same time it has a real nice air... the bulding has automatic security itd close from i95 , downtown mismi and also next to a great seafood restaurant... it has new carpet l.. full kitchen 3 bedrooms its has a soccer field right next to it ... really like the view hopefully u guys will help to live here longer thanx

Miami River Park is certainly not the fanciest building you can find in Miami, but I am a divorced mother of a 17 year old and it's what I can afford. We live on the 6th floor in a two bedroom apartment with one bathroom, small kitchen and very bad maintenance. You can see all of the mistakes of the construction all over the apartment. Also, Small rooms and carpet all over the house. Very expensive parking, and rude neighbors. The neighborhood is not the worst but it's also not the best. Me and... my daughter Camila have lived here for 2 years now and we've gotten used to it. The apartment is comfortable and we get to call it home. Right now I am in a very bad situation. I had to return my car to the dealership before they towed it so that I would have less expenses and be able to pay rent, meaning that we currently have to depend on public transportation. Still, even after we returned the car we still don't have enough for rent and I'm very frightened that we will get kicked out of here. If we were lucky enough to be one of the lucky winners we would be thankful for life! You're giving people with very big financial problems the opportunity to live happy again. My daughter is starting her senior year and I would very much like to be able to afford her expenses but for now I don't think I am able to, but we stay hopeful that things will change for the better and that good things will happen and I believe this is the answer!
