Village At Dadeland

I never written a review in my life for anything but living in the community experience was so bad that I had to write something. The building and other facilities already look terrible and almost falling apart. So many roaches and rodents around inside and outside of the buildings. On top of that, the management system is HORRIBLE. Very unprofessional!! The lady at the front desk lies. She would say there is no manager at the moment but when she finds the issue is too difficult then she... goes in the office to get the manager. The manager is always hiding. I have lived in that place for 9 years. No respect to the tenant. Only time they contact you is when they need to get money out you. When you need help from HOA, they don't do anything. PLEASE find other places around the area!! This place does not even deserve to have one star. Lee mas

The people from the office is unprofessional. There is no pool, no gym and nothing that the kids can play. People is so nasty and they don't taking care of nothing. Always Laud music and neibors are always smoking weed.
