Not even here three months and I am disappointed. The landlord only speaks Spanish so if you have any problems, you have to go through the management , which is awful ! Although getting the privilege to move in before signing the lease , the day after signing the lease , there was a flood. The management did not care nor did they try to compensate my 3,000 $ Mac book that is completely ruined. Next our rent was supposed to be due on the first of the month and why did the JM management already... give us a three day warning ? He signed a paper saying our 1st payment wasn't due till the 1st of the month (November ) and it's October 30th and we had a notice since the 25. I wouldn't recommend staying here. The communication with management sucks and they really don't care unless you're giving them money.
