Poorly managed property and awful staff
Even if maintenance comes to fix your issue on the first report (it averages 3 attempts before I see someone...) they do the cheapest "fix" possible. We recently had our kitchen sink leak and cause mold to grow in the cabinet...and they just painted over the mold and nailed a new board on top.
The property manager, Laura, is terrible. She doesn't answer questions when it matters and only abides by which portions of the lease matter to her. Violations are rampant - especially parking - and she... does nothing. She does, however, change the language in legal documents when you're her target.
The lake is filled with trash and mold and whatever else gets in there - it's gross, albeit colorful, to look at. The grounds are covered in more dog poop and weeds than actual landscaping.
