The kitchen includes a 2-door full refrigerator, stove and oven, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, electric kettle, rice cooker, air fryer, portable ice maker, toaster, blender, electric indoor grill, cookware, dinnerware, utensils, and multiple dining areas. For comfort and convenience, there is central AC and heating, ceiling fans throughout, a washer and dryer, and closets with safe and hangers. For fitness and wellness, there is a treadmill, weight bench/power tower, yoga mat, aerobic stepper, and mini trampoline. For entertainment and recreation, there is a poker/card table, board games, fishing rods and golf clubs, bicycles, beach gear (folding chairs and wagon), and miniature golf.

A digital rental agreement must be signed and completed prior to arrival, including providing a photocopy of a legal ID and a verification selfie. Pets must be reported in advance and in writing. There is a maximum of 2 pets allowed per reservation. The pet fee is $250 per pet, per stay, and there is a weight limit of small pets under 25 lb. Unauthorized pets will incur a $400 penalty per pet and may result in cancellation of the remaining reservation without a refund. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets; a $50 penalty applies if pet waste is left on the property. No smoking or vaping is allowed inside. If cleaners determine smoking has taken place, there is a $250 penalty. Quiet time is between 10 pm to 8 am daily. Unless requested and approved in advance in writing, lethal weapons are not allowed on the property. A violation of this rule will result in immediate removal from the property along with no refund and a penalty of $250.
