Mariner's Cove Apartments

ive lived here for 3 years and at first the property was dangerous for myself and my daughter. break ins, shootouts, etc. things got quiet, cameras were put in and things were safe. the first night i moved in i remembered laying on the floor and seeing a roach crawl by. since then, theyve multiplied by a million, not a joke. i told them this. they would spray periodically but never consistently. they eventually had me do a cabinet clean out and said they would be coming once a week after that,... never saw them again. its been a year, almost a year and a half, since then. after they did an inspection, they told me to put a work order in for things needing to be fixed around the apartment. that was a year ago as well and theyve never come to fix anything. maintenance and the staff are so nice and friendly but the property is disgusting. i honestly cant wait to move when i have the money. I've moved to this complex 2 years ago. The management is very nice. The apartment is nice, rooms and bathrooms are good size. The porch is a plus which I love. The only negative thing about this complex is that you can hear everything your upstairs neighbor does and they don't care. The management is very nice, at least I haven't had a negative experience with them. They listen and take immediate action. Yes, sometimes you have to call more than once for work orders but they had gotten much... better.

I would recommend this complex, everything is nearby, apartment is spacious and clean. Management is on top of rude/bad neighbors and teenagers. Lee mas

My apartment is in a good area. I like living here but with all of other bills, It would help if I could win free rent. It would help me pay bills off and I can spend the extra money on food, clothes and bills that I can at least catch up on. My neighbors are rude and loud but this is the only apartment that I can afford and it would be a blessing . Thank you Rene W.

I have a 3/2 paying 872 when I first moved in and 3 months letter I'm paying 872 went up 4 dollars without any notice. I moved in and never gotten a copy of my lease at all. The only thing I can say I like about this apartment is that all the rooms have walk in closets. There is never any parking at all. They take forever to fix things. Took 3 weeks!!!!!!!!playinh loud music all day!!! I would not recommend this apartment to my worst enemy.
