Worst place to rent in Tampa
To be clear this proper is old molding and rotten. Roach infected is not even the word, it's a total scam job
new proper owners are just continuing the scam. To be clean once you lease a old apartment with a new roof, any problems you have does not get resolved buy the leasing office... No, you get to go to the tenets office located in building 27 why you will learn why tenent are segregated and have to go to a separate office to have problems reviewed. The main leasing office has undergone... renovation with a 50,000 upgraded pool that looks good but doesn't fix the issues with apartments and focuses on attraction rather than revolving on going property issues.
Did I mention all these building are roach infested this is coming from someone who lived in NYC lived in Florida now since 2015 this is the first time in as many years I have to deal with roaches in any apartment never in my life in Florida have I delt with roaches till I moved into these apartment. The proof is in the pudding.
Now the property team has focused there attention on the main entrance of the leasing office upgrading the front steps when they should be paying pest control company to property treat each building. They even treated the new tentents office and never once tried to work on building past control. Property team has focused their resources on making a custom grilling area by the pool. The the owners group one with a broken arm even toured the upgraded leasing office amenities and not once walked the property. Only the main manager did a green clean up I'll give him the respect for that but it stopped there, outside lighting hasn't been properly repaired yet . People this is not a livable properly, I am only here because being the second year living on this property and living in it after the worst flooding I've even seen on any property. I gave the new owner a chance. Shame on me for believing in a scam, horrible experiences. They even have the audacity Of sending you survey asking if I will be renting again the answer is hell no capital H capital n all caps!!!!! Go next door this is not it.
