Can't say enough good things

My wife and I had a short term rental at Tortoise One. The entire place is amazing and has the feel of a first class resort. the apartment was spotless. The bed and furniture extremely comfortable and the decor very nicely done. The pool area is large with very comfortable lounge chairs for all. The gym and common areas are kept pristine at all times. Johanna the Property Manager and the entire team are welcoming, responsive and attentive to any and all questions. Would recommend Tortoise One... 100%

In thr beginning it was great, it sucked that others kind of messed up tue experience but as they beg have been loosened for us, im excited to create community with the other students here and residents and live in harmony and unity as we ALL enjoy T1 together.

Everyone has been so welcoming prior and to my move in date! Couldn’t have had a smoother move in day. The “swag bag” they give you is adorable and they even include pickleball paddles! The grounds are well maintained. So excited for my many months here.

The staff is very friendly’& professional. I do wish there was a more private area when discussing your rental questions and finances instead of just at the front entryway. But other than that - so far only here a week and the maintenance has been prompt and efficient too. Thank you! Katelyn, Ines and Lucas had been wonderful !
