Located in the heart of Virginia Highlands, 930 Greenwood AVE Apartments are small but cozy and surprisingly affordable. Minutes walk from the Beltline, Piedmont Park, Little 5 Points and Reynoldstown shopping plazas, local pubs and retail stores. Parking is tight and streets are narrow, but the apartment provides off street parking which is equally tight but convenient enough. Privately owned, the property management needs a boost, however pertinent issues seem to be addressed in a reasonable... enough time frame, although some nudging may be needed. Building is decently maintained and the community of Poncey Highlands is friendly and quiet. Very safe and artsy neighborhood. Lots of color and culture.
