North and Line Apartments

I've been a resident for two years and highly recommend North & Line to anyone! The location (right on the beltline) is what sold me initially, but the community is why I stay. I've never lived in a building that invested in the community as much as this one. Amy and John Frank plan the most fun events every month. The pool party every July is LEGENDARY! Our office staff (Leslie, Stacie and Neta) are super friendly and just as invested in the community. They are attentive and responsive and they... care about the resident experience. Some highlights include creating a Pet of the Month award with amazing gift baskets to the winners and organizing 12 days of Giftmas with tons of great prizes. They make it super fun to be a resident. And last but not least, I have to mention our maintenance staff, particularly Tim and Mitch, who are so nice and do an amazing job keeping the building running! Lee mas

Been here two years and renewing without a thought. It's the best building in the area, and the greatest staff! Love the amenities. A great find and great location. Great restaurants too

Living here has truly felt like being part of a family. The environment is welcoming, the community is supportive and friendly, and the staff goes above and beyond to make everyone feel at home. It’s more than just an apartment, it’s a place where people genuinely care. I couldn’t imagine living anywhere else.

I have had the pleasure of residing here for the last year and I cannot rave enough about it. First, the location is magnificent!!! Being in the Old Fourth Ward and having Beltline access in your backyard is prime real estate!!! Second, the leasing staff is magnificent!! They do an awesome job at making this a pleasant and comforting place to reside. The monthly resident activities are a plus as well. This is the first place I have resided at where they are actually fun and entertaining, and... this is evidenced by the amount of residents who attend. Last but not least, they have the best pool and annual pool party!!! Lee mas

So far, the facility and apartment are perfect! My nephew just moved in last week and he is loving the apartment and the location to everything.
