North and Line Apartments

I have had the pleasure of residing here for the last year and I cannot rave enough about it. First, the location is magnificent!!! Being in the Old Fourth Ward and having Beltline access in your backyard is prime real estate!!! Second, the leasing staff is magnificent!! They do an awesome job at making this a pleasant and comforting place to reside. The monthly resident activities are a plus as well. This is the first place I have resided at where they are actually fun and entertaining, and... this is evidenced by the amount of residents who attend. Last but not least, they have the best pool and annual pool party!!! Lee mas

So far, the facility and apartment are perfect! My nephew just moved in last week and he is loving the apartment and the location to everything.

Amy and Johnfrank are truly exceptional hosts who have transformed our apartment community by organizing the most engaging and memorable events I've ever experienced. I have lived at North & Line for 5 months now and I have no complaints. The team in the leasing office is fantastic as is the maintenance team. Issues have been resolved same day or next for sure. The location can’t be beat and the building is pretty quiet. Resident social events seem to have a great turnout. My not complaint is that there isn’t guest parking.

The apartment events are so much fun! I love that they are a variety of events so I can get bagels before work or party in the evening!
