Cleanliness - Lot of cobwebs in the community in the corridors, and roaches. Also need a good whitewash of flooring outside apartment.

Mailroom - Getting notified that mail is in or in the box, but not actually there on same day. Lot of clutter in mailroom. I would prefer getting package on my door and no fee for mailroom.

Elevator- Not working in Building 1 - been in repair for over 3 months now.

The apartment is nice (inside) but the outside needs some work. It’s dirty (needs pressure washing) and the elevators are almost all broken.

Neighborhood is wonderful, it would honestly be 5 star if the community was kept cleaner and floors and stairs power washed, and trash guidelines, enforced.
