Getting expensive, not that clean, a lot of weed smoke in the buildings and you can smell it through the walls. It fine if none of that stuff bothers you

The area needs more attention and cleaning, the mailbox area looks like horror movies because it’s covered by cobwebs,I think the management needs to walk around and check things periodically,
Next to our dumpster when it rains there is a big pool of water that makes it hard to throw away the trash,
We have had a bad roach situation and have reported it twice and asked for service which hasn’t happened, I have sprayed it twice myself but I think we are getting it from neighbors, seriously needs... attention.

It’s an absolute gorgeous place to live especially our apartment. It faces the forest, it has more balcony space than others. The deer come visit every day.
