The apartment is nice (inside) but the outside needs some work. It’s dirty (needs pressure washing) and the elevators are almost all broken.

Neighborhood is wonderful, it would honestly be 5 star if the community was kept cleaner and floors and stairs power washed, and trash guidelines, enforced.

My only complaint is the gates often being left open and mail/packages being left outside of a locker or in the leasing office where you can’t always access. I do understand the complex likely receives tons of packages that don’t always fit in the lockers. The community can also stand to be professionally pressure washed as there is green mold and mildew on lots of the stairs. I also strongly dislike the children running around the gym while their parents play racketball downstairs. It’s... extremely disruptive and distracting. I also wish the parking was better as the deck often fills up by 8-9pm so there are cars parked unmarked spaces. Otherwise, maintenance requests are resolved timely and I have little to no issues with the neighbors!
