I moved into these apartments about six weeks ago and it has been nothing but problems. The first issue is they did not end up leasing me the apartment that was shown to me. Apparently that unit was rented out during my application process. Why they let me apply to a unit someone else was applying to? I will never know. The original unit was supposed to be on the top floor, the unit I ended up with is on the first floor.

When I moved in there were various issues that required maintenances... attention. Multiple requests were closed without ever being fixed. I've experienced my first rainstorm while living here, and I now find out the apartment floods when it rains. I have been trying to get assistance with this and no one is responding.

You have to literally BEG and be a nuisance to get any results from this team. It is unfortunate because during the tour and subsequent communications during the leasing process, this complex was presented as if they would be attentive and helpful to the residents. All they do is send you emails saying how the office is going to be closed for the holidays.

I would not recommend this complex to anyone. I'm kind of sorry I got myself into a lease here. You have to divulge every single bit of your personal financial information, to people who are telling you blatant LIES. It's awful.

Also, the complex is dirty. The hallways have a stench, and the floors are always sticky and dirty and there's constantly trash strewn about, and leaves and nature debris in the hallway. People prop the doors open, and the gates never close so really anyone could access your apartment. Lee mas

I recently moved to Atlanta and was looking for a place where it is safe and at a convenient location. This apartment is just that and more! It is a great price, considering this is at a prime location in Buckhead. There’s security running 24/7, and I never feel unsafe. The staff are great and hardworking. Recommend!

My experience with 32Hundred apartments in Lenox was nothing short of a nightmare, and I feel compelled to share the truth about this establishment.

Right from the start, the lack of professionalism at 32Hundred apartments was evident. I wasted an exorbitant amount of time constantly following up on my application, only to be met with excuses and delays. The sheer incompetence displayed by the staff is beyond comprehension.

The pinnacle of their deceit came when the lady handling my... application assured me that although they typically don't move on weekends, they would make an exception for me. Believing her, I rented a truck and loaded up my belongings. However, the next day, another staff member shattered that trust by informing me that my application hadn't even been approved. This gross negligence almost left me stranded without a place to live.

To make matters worse, when I sought assistance from the assistant manager, hoping for a resolution, she callously stated that without written proof, there was nothing she could do. This lack of accountability is deeply troubling. They should educate their staff that a spoken commitment should hold as much weight as a written one.

I trusted these individuals with my housing situation, incurring additional charges at my current residence based on their false assurances. It's infuriating to realize that they not only misled me, but also seemed indifferent to the real-world consequences of their actions. To add insult to injury, conversations with other residents confirmed that my experience was not unique; deception and broken promises appear to be standard operating procedures at 32Hundred.

In conclusion, I cannot stress enough the urgency to steer clear of 32Hundred apartments. Their deceptive practices, lack of integrity, and evident disregard for their residents make them unfit to be in the business of providing homes. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere for a place that values honesty and professionalism. Lee mas

Arguably the worst living experience I’ve had at any apartment complex. My apt was ridden with roaches for the first month of me living there and we didn’t have working heat or AC from October 2022 to June 2023. Because the property management kept changing during my tenure, many problems addressed to previous management went unfixed. Buildings had a stench from the trash shoot being overflown constantly which caused a huge gnat problem I in my apartment. Community is unsafe as there was a... shooting just early 2023. Building and property had 24 hour access due to front gate continuously breaking and buildings were never secure because the security system never works. Constant buzzing from the fire alarm and a plethora of packages stolen. You’re paying the location and not the community for sure. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! Lee mas
