Wildwood Ridge Apartments

I'm very impressed how the maintenance staff and the front offi e staff communicate to get things done in the units and around the property.

I have been here now for 4 months and I still love this place. My husband and I owned a home for 16years. After all the kids moved into their own place we decided to downsize. The best decision we made was to move here. The office staff is wonderful, the community is clean and quiet, the maintenance team is outstanding. I never expected to have such a great experience. I have been living here almost 8 years now and can say that it is a very quiet place to live. The grounds are well maintained. The location is convenient to all interstates and there are a lot of back roads that you can take to avoid the interstate when it is backed up. I have not had any problems with maintenance fixing any issues.

I feel like a lot more could be done to bring the community together. I would love to help host events on getting everyone together. There are so many cultures within our community that is not being shared.

We've only been here for 2 months so far, but everything's been great as of yet. No pest issues, no obnoxious neighbors. The complex hosts community events for residents, which is pretty cool. The only thing I'd recommend from the complex is upgrading the amenities a bit. The big pool is amazing obviously, but the gym is very lackluster compared to other communities I toured, so is the laundry care center. I don't care too much for the laundry center though since most, if not all, the units have... in-unit washer and dryers. The gate seems to be broken every now and then but it's not a big deal to me, it's pretty safe over here. Being a 20-30minute walk from the Braves stadium and being this affordable is pretty good.
