Overall still a good experience thus far after a few years. Neighbors are overall very nice, and this is quiet community. People love to walk, there are many amenities.
The only potential area of improvement is the types of people they hire cleaning the buildings, they rarely seem to do the full job.

I wish the gate stayed closed. It seems more open than closed these days. I also wish we could permanently put up a bug net on our balcony. I'm always eaten up by mosquitoes being so close to the trees.

It is genuinely perfect. Everyone is so friendly, neighbors and staff, everything is kept clean and organized, and the landlords genuinely care.

Last year my tub started peeling and all I had to do was call maintenance and that was the end of my responsibility to that. All I had to do after that was just let people in to take care of it. People want to glorify owning a home, but dang not having the anxiety and financial burden of dealing with that is worth so much more to me. But also from horror stories I’ve heard it seems like I’ve got lucky with decent management.

It’s been good so far. They have been good overall during the move in process a little slow on some of our maintenance request. But it has been pretty quiet and clean.
