Prose Cartersville

As someone that's never lived alone or in an apartment, I'm glad that I chose Prose Cartersville. It's well kept and feels like a safe community. The women in the office are always helpful and nice. The amenities are great. I can't wait to use the pool come summer time. I feel like I definitely got bang for my buck here.

Its home in the woods yet your needs are fullfilled around the corner.

My previous apartment management took four months to address a building wide problem. I came to Prose Cartersville to end those issues.

I enjoy living here. Prose meets my needs. The complex as all the amenities I enjoy and a few I didn't expect. The property is located in the hills and provides me with views I need to be happy.

The property is very walkable and I like looking at the forests when I walk with my dogs.

There is noise from the highwsy but the insulated properties and windows prevent any noises from leaking into the apartments.

My apartment is of quality construction and well appointed. It meets all of my... needs. As an added bonus the closets are huge. The biggest walkins I've ever had. Good neighbors live here!!

The staff is excellent professional and extremely attentive. I don't have the patience to work with the public but evet member from the trash valet to the property manager will take time to listen and help you or point you towards someone who will. Lee mas
