Living here has truly been an amazing experience. From day one, the community has felt welcoming, clean, and well cared for. The property is always beautifully maintained, and you can tell the management genuinely takes pride in creating a great place to live.
The Property Manager Mrs. Duanita is the Matriarch of the office and she is absolutely amazing and very friendly.
The leasing office Ms. Logan and Ms. Sydnei are the best the staff is professional, responsive, and friendly. I can... say any time I’ve needed assistance, they’ve handled things quickly and with care.
The Maintenance Man Mr. Aaron is as good as they come, he handles all requests promptly, which brings real peace of mind.

The apartments themselves are spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. It’s quiet, safe, and has a strong sense of community, making it easy to feel at home. The amenities are a great bonus and are always kept in excellent condition.

Overall, this is one of the best apartment living experiences I’ve had. I highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a place that’s comfortable, well-managed, and truly feels like home. Workers are super sweet and helpful, I’m super excited about the spring and summer to access the pool! Everything is still lovely! we seem to have gate issues often though!

Very beautiful and quite neighborhood. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. Maintenance is always on top of things as well. The only thing I could say that needs improving to me is a few more exercise machines in the gym.

I’ve lived in a lot of apartments and this is by far the best one! The complex itself is beautiful, the apartments are upgraded, the office staff is so sweet, and the maintenance team is on point. You’re also very close to restaurants and stores. I’m looking forward to renewing my lease and getting to continue to call Greystone Pointe home.
