I enjoy the upkeep of the property, the amenities, and the friendliness of the staff! There isn’t any mischief or craziness that goes on around here like other complexes may experience. Maintenance is quick and issues get resolved with no time.

recently moved into Greystone Pointe at 2100 Old Guard Rd in Columbus, GA, and the entire experience was outstanding. From the very beginning, the staff was professional, friendly, and helpful throughout the process. The move-in was completely flawless—everything was organized, ready on time, and exactly as promised.
The apartment was clean, well-prepared, and made me feel at home right away. Any questions I had were answered promptly, and the team made the transition smooth and stress-free. It... was truly one of the easiest and most positive moving experiences I’ve had.

We have lived here almost 4 years and love it. We were the first to live in our apartment, it’s so modern and comfortable. I really like our building and all of our friendly neighbors. I recommend Greystone Pointe to everyone.

I absolutely love my apartment so far, and everything has been going really well since moving in! The space is beautiful, comfortable, and truly feels like home already. One of the main reasons this experience was such a positive one was because of Sydnei. She was incredibly kind, professional, patient, and pleasant throughout the entire process. From the very beginning, she made me feel welcomed and valued, which honestly makes such a difference when apartment hunting or moving into a new place... .
She took the time to answer every single question I had thoroughly and never made me feel rushed or like I was asking too much. Whether it was questions about the lease, amenities, move-in details, or the community itself, she was always helpful, responsive, and knowledgeable. Her communication was excellent, and she made sure everything was clear and easy to understand.
