If you are considering moving into Halston Harris Bridge, I strongly advise you to think twice before signing a lease. My experience here has been nothing short of frustrating, and I feel compelled to warn potential residents about the lack of professionalism, poor management, and overall neglect from this complex. Move-in Issues: Despite securing my unit in advance, I was given an apartment that was in poor condition old, rusted, and cracked. Management failed to address these concerns properly... . Unresponsive Maintenance: When submitting work orders, I often received delayed or subpar solutions, leaving me to deal with issues like a malfunctioning water heater. Denise told me today to use the stove to heat up water. This level of neglect is unacceptable and so impolite. Billing & Fees: Even after making my rent payments on time, I was wrongfully charged fees with no clear explanation and getting them removed has been a hassle. Management Lack of Accountability: Instead of addressing tenant concerns professionally, management shrugs off complaints and fails to uphold their promises. Living here has been more of a headache than a home. If youre looking for quality living and fair treatment, this is NOT the place for you. I had the opportunity to view the property and was very impressed. The leasing coordinator Talia was very professional and well knowledgeable, her warm smile and upbeat attitude made it easy for me to feel comfortable about selecting this property.

After giving all paperwork was told by Brittney I was approved and even received an APPROVAL LETTER thru my email. But the next day received a phone call from Carie stating my application was still processing. After a week and half I was told that I was not approved, but that information came from another guest that lives there, because they gave her my information. I was very upset and they ALL need more training instead of saying “ We’re moving to a new company that took over.” And good luck... on trying to reach someone by phone. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL Lee mas

The rent is insane, gates are always broke and have had no parking at all many nights. Filing a complaint? Save your breath, have had decent experience with maintenance interior is nice besides the bugs and expect amenities/utilities price increases out of nowhere

Been living here almost three years no issues office staff is great especially Diana she was there when my dad passed away and help me work my rent out and now I'm up in the hospital and she was there again that's great Management in my opinion thanks again Harris Bridge overlook
