Allora Creekbend Apartamentos

I love love love living at Allora. It's only been about 3 months since I moved in, and I don't have much complaints, but what I will complain about is the new pool rules. When I moved, there was very minimal rules regarding the pool, and there was no rules regarding how many guests I can and cannot have.. I understand an incident happened in June, however I feel its extremely unfair to limit guests like myself who was not there due to one bad apple in the batch. I have a sister with 3 children... and a mom who I see multiple times a week, on top of friends and other family who I interact with and who come visit me at my home. Now I'm having to limit my visits and fun times at the pool with my loved ones due to the 2 person guest rule. And what makes it worse is our pool is never packed so limiting guests is just annoying for me and my people. The times that I frequent the pool, there is never more than 10-15 people there, max. My experience has been amazing from move in until now. It’s my first time living on my own, but I’m confident that I will excel. I look forward to completely fixing my apartment to feel like home.

Love the community! Love the different floor plans and nearby shopping places! Starbucks and a gas station is right there on the corner. The amenities and club house is top tier! My apartment unit is beautiful.

I was told the unit was walked the morning of and it was good, received my keys. I was not accompanied to inspect with leasing agent .The move in clean was not sufficient.
