It’s been good, there are definitely some problems like any apartment but compared to other apartments in the area I would definitely recommend 14Sixtyfive. A couple of the problems I've experienced. . .
-The pool has turned green a couple times.
-If you have pool view you have to keep in mind that you can hear EVERYTHING that's happening in the pool area so when people decide to have a midnight party you may be stuck having to listen to everything.
-I've lived in two units and I would not... recommend the top floor, groceries are the worst and you have to pay an additional fee to walk up two flights of stairs.
-I understand that there is only one maintenance man but maintenance can take a long time, I wish the building would hire a second and or third person to help.
-There are not nearly as many events as I thought here would be. I may have just moved in at a weird time (mid-lease).
I'm just glad to my knowledge there's not any mold and any bugs, I haven't seen roaches
