Cool place to live especially for college students. The pool area is always clean, the parking lot is big, and a Quiet area to live for the most part.

Moving into a new apartment is always an exciting step, and I’m really happy with the place I’ve found. The space feels comfortable, modern, and a good fit for what I need right now. It’s in a convenient location, which makes daily life easier, and the layout makes it feel open and welcoming. I’m especially looking forward to setting everything up, adding personal touches, and really making it feel like home. The apartment also offers a sense of balance—it’s not too big, not too small, and has... the right mix of functionality and comfort. Overall, I feel like this move is a positive change and a great environment for both relaxing and staying productive. I’m grateful for the opportunity to be here, and I’m excited for what this new chapter will bring.

Super helpful staff, nice apartments and amenities! Maintenance is quick to respond and fix issues! The study rooms are so helpful for a busy college student.

So far it’s been fine and a safe place which I like. The room was clean enough when I moved in here though the drain in the tub was really smelly and dirty. The apartment on the other hand was very dirty. From the fridges the countertops to the microwave it was just nasty and still is. I like how there is no trash on the hallways and outside though.

Regarding the condition of the shared areas, when an apartment is already partially occupied, we do not perform... a full cleaning of the common spaces until the entire apartment is vacant. That said, we truly apologize for the inconvenience you experienced with the kitchen and bathroom drain. Please don’t hesitate to place a maintenance request for any issues like odors—we’ll be happy to address them promptly.
