so far so good my move in was veryyyy easy and Mr. Greg made this a 5 star experience he made my space smell very good and made it very clean and i really appreciate him

I wish the apartments were a lil bit more up to date, especially for the price that I pay. But all in all, the leasing office has been helpful and whenever I put in a maintenance request it gets handled within the next day.

It has been a wonderful experience ??. The office team and maintenance are amazing and so nice. They really go out of there way to make you happy and comfortable. I will always recommend this property.

My experience at the Durant has been great! The staff really care and do all they can to make the environment one to call home. Maintenance responds to any issues right away and the community is clean. My only feedback would be to clean the breezeway like power wash the walls maybe but besides that, I enjoy my community.

It’s a super cute place, the only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is due to the trash and the birds throughout the complex- you can tell there’s been so massive changes in residents. The trash area here is really bad & someone the builds needs to be cleans up
