Durant at Sugarloaf Apartment Homes

It’s a super cute place, the only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is due to the trash and the birds throughout the complex- you can tell there’s been so massive changes in residents. The trash area here is really bad & someone the builds needs to be cleans up

It’s quiet and peaceful , friendly neighbor’s ,they front office staffs are very quick to fix what ever you say goes wrong in the apartment . I will say mine was quickly attended to .

I really like the apartment complex and the nice community around here. Most of the people in my complex are very friendly and respectful. It is a very safe community.

I love my apartment in this community! The office staff is always nice and gets things done on time. The location of my apartment is perfect and I never experience any problems within the unit. I honestly just wish they would upgrade the apartments but outside of that I have no complaints.

It would be better if I could actually get in contact with someone over the phone instead of always having to go to the office. What's the point of a voicemail if you're going to ignore it.
