Trash, Dog Poop and Nasty Smells
The Whitby bribes people to write 5-star reviews at events they hold.
Buyer beware there is constant trash piled up in hallways and stairs. During the holidays they stopped collecting trash for over a week leading to hazardous waste conditions. Multiple times I have had to report dog poop that has been left in the hallways from other residents. And just today had to report that there is a used bed pan sitting in the stairwell doors. There is only ONE elevator for each building and ours... was out for over two months, which led to trash not being collected for over two months at that time as well. The dog park today is covered in dog waste because it's not cleaned or maintained and there are small bags with waste thrown all over the yard. I have photo evidence is anyone questions this! Also there is SEVERE lack of security here.
