The Whitby has fulfilled all my needs in for the past year in offering a place that is clean and well maintained at a price I can afford. The staff is pleasant and eager to assist when I have issues. The residents for the most part are friendly and courteous. The location of the Whitby is also ideal as it is close to convenient locations such as grocery stores, pharmacies etc.

My experience has been great since the new staff has came in. They make sure I am well taken care of and I love the food trucks they bring out here. Between the staff and the residents my time here has been enjoyable.

Since living here I have been very impressed! They are always super professional and respond to any concerns in a timely manner.
If I had to say an area of improvement it would be the hallways. Some of the mess that is in the hallways is from neighbors who are not abiding by the trash rules however I have notice mopping and wiping in the hallways and elevator needs to be more frequent.
In the staircase area I believe that needs to be repainted, sprayed for pest and again regularly cleaned... like the hallways.
